Concklin Insurance has developed a "National Jersey Mike's® Insurance Program" that meets all of the Jersey Mike's® corporate requirements with the following coverages to protect the franchisee:

General Liability-1 (1)

General Liability with $1,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 aggregate.

Typically, this coverage extends to include other physical injury, personal injury (libel or slander), advertising injury and property damage caused by your products, premises or operations.  Some General Liability Insurance plan also additional coverage, such as if you are held accountable for damage to your landlord’s property. General Liability Insurance safeguards against liability, which enables you to continue normal operations while dealing with real, or fraudulent claims of wrongdoing.


Full Replacement Cost on Tenant Improvements and Betterments as well as all Personal Property.

Outdoor Sign Coverage

Business Income

Business Income (actual loss sustained) 12 months including extra expense.

Business Interruption Insurance, providing Royalty and Advertisement Fund payments to Franchisor


Condo Crime

Crime coverage, including Employee Dishonesty.

Crime Insurance protects businesses from business-related crime, including fraud, embezzlement, robbery, theft, and forgery. This policy typically covers property loss, such as cash, merchandise, and assets.  Crime Insurance is an important part of a business's insurance program because Commercial Property Insurance usually exclude crime related losses.

Workers’ compensation insurance benefits are available to employees who are injured or become ill as a result of a work-related incident. If one of your employees is injured on the job and is medically authorized to take time off from work, he or she will be reimbursed for lost wages and all of the medical expenses related to the treatment and rehabilitation.

Hired Non-Owned Auto Insurance applies when an employee is using their personal vehicle for business-related activities.  Regardless of your industry, it is likely employees use vehicles for business purposes, such as client visits, going to the bank, dropping off materials, or picking up supplies.  

However, the most common activity employees use their personal vehicles for is delivery.
