Coverage Options

Building & Personal Property

Property exposures may be minimal if limited to a clubhouse facility and maintenance shed. If there is a restaurant, pro shop or repair facility, exposures will increase. Electrical wiring, heating and air conditioning systems, and cooking equipment tend to be the largest risk factors.

General Liability-1

General Liability  protects your business from damages involving bodily harm or property damage for which your company is found legally liable, such as slips and trips.  Adequate coverage is especially important for Golf Courses and Country Clubs due to the number of visitors to the premises. Visitors can be injured by slips or falls, be hit by flying golf balls, or be injured in a pool or other amenities.

D & O
Directors & Officers
Directors and Officers Liability (D&O) protects the directors and officers of the Country Club or Golf Course if they are sued as a result of decisions they made while on the board
.
EPLI

Business decisions like hiring, firing, compensation, promotions and work environment are made every day.  All of these decisions impact your employees – meaning some could result in a claim related to wrongful employment practices.

A wrongful employment practices claim, even if false, can disrupt business, hurt morale, damage your reputation and potentially lead to financial damages. Employment Practices Liability Insurance provides businesses protection from these risks.

Data breach for tech

Cyber Liability Insurance policies can be tailored to meet your company’s specific needs and offer important benefits, including the following:

  • Data Breach Coverage
  • Business Interruption Loss Reimbursement
  • Cyber Extortion Defense
  • Forensic Support
  • Legal Support
Commercial Umbrella

Most commercial general liability policies have an aggregate limit that, once exhausted, will not cover any other excess claims.  However, lawsuits frequently impose multimillion-dollar penalties on businesses—far outside the coverage provided by most CGL policies. As a result, common losses such as vehicle accidents, employment claims and hazardous substance spills can pose a serious financial threat.

Commercial Umbrella coverage is designed to protect an organization against monumental liability claims that can demolish a business through a large financial judgment.

Workers Comp

Workers compensation exposure can be high.  Pros and instructors, caddies, lifeguards, and others who may be involved in related positions will have the potential for slips, falls, strains, sprains, being hit by errant golf balls or equipment. Cleaning and maintenance operations can result in lung, eye or skin irritations and reactions. Food preparation operations can result in cuts, scrapes, and burns, etc.

Workers' Compensation offers protection in the event your employees become injured or ill as a result of their employment.  Each state has requirements for workers' compensation, depending on the location of your business your requirements may differ.  We offer Workers' Compensation that meets your state's requirements.  Depending on your operations you may find it advantageous to pursue Pay-As-You-Go options.
